How does your knife sharpening work?


Knife sharpening is currently handled by physically delivering your items to the store. We’ll sharpen your knives over the next few days and then send them back to you. Or you can come pick them up in person.




Can I cancel my order?


Yes, as long as we have not yet shipped your order, you can call our store or send us an email at sales@seacut.com explaining the nature of your cancellation. We will reimburse your card and cancel the shipment if received in time. If we do not receive your cancellation notice in time, you will have to complete the process for returning an item. We only accept returned items that have not been opened.




How long will it take for my order to arrive?


It can take 5-8 business days for your package to shipped and arrive at your door. We partner with the USPS and other major parcel carriers to get your products to you quickly. No matter how you ship, you’ll receive a tracking number in your inbox as soon as your package goes out.




Can't log in or forgot password?


When you’re signing in you should see a “Forgot Password?” button. Click the button. Once you’ve clicked “Forgot Password?” simply type in your email address and hit submit, and we’ll send a password reset email to your inbox. Make sure you use the email address you’ve been receiving Seattle Cutlery’s emails with. It should only take a couple minutes for the password reset email to arrive in your inbox. You don’t need to do the “Forgot password?” process more than once, or you’ll receive multiple emails. If this happens, just use the most recent email we’ve sent, otherwise you won’t be able to successfully reset your password. Once you receive a password reset email you’ll have 24 hours before it expires to open it up, click on the link inside, and create a new password.




Where do you ship?


We currently ship to domestic US addresses and Canada. We plan on supporting additional shipping locations in the future. If you would like to inquire about shipping a product internationally, please send us a message at sales@seacut.com.




Do you offer free shipping?


We are happy to say that we offer free shipping on all orders.
